Yes we offer online E-Vouchers with the following options:

1. Send the E-Voucher direct to the recipient via email.

2. Print off the E-Voucher your self to pass on in physical form.

Yes we welcome walk in apointments however these are subject to availability, we will endevour to do what we can to accomodate you. You may prefer to call ahead of time to secure a time slot.

Our new systems are set up to take a small deposit to secure your booking, this will be offset your balance when you come in for your appointment. *Please note the system times out after 10 mins if you have not provided your card details meaning your appointment will not have been made, please see card capture notes below to help prevent this.

This has proven to help our small business to run so much more effiently minimising no shows and last minute cancellations which can be detrimental to staff & business aswell as availability to all our clients.

We know most of you have been very loyal, dear clients for many years and we trust you understand our decision in this common practice amongst most service industries now.

CARD CAPTURE; this is an option you have where our system securely holds your card details so you don't have to input your card each time, making booking online a much smoother experience without the possibility of timing out.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULES; we understand sometimes life gets in the way forcing us to cancel or reschedule, rest assured with enough notice your deposit will be kept on your account to be transferred to your next appointment. Company policy is that cancellations are required 24 hours before.

No we will not carry out certain treatments without an allergy skin test. Not all treatments require a test.

This is for your own protection as we can develop reactions & sensitivies at any given time. Please note allergy testing is not 100% conclusive as you may tolerate a product in small quantities however not covering a larger area so it is an essential precaution.

We offer free allergy skin patch tests on the following treatments upto 24 hours prior to procedure within a 6 month time period:

Brow & lash tint, weekend lash glue.

We are located on the high street with 2 hours free parking outside, alternatively there are a couple of nearby pay & display carparks, both located 2 minutes walk away;

One off Hougomont Avenue, the other at Crosby Civic Hall.

Unfortunately we are located on 2 floors situated upstairs with no lift access. 

If you are able to climb stairs with assistance please press the bell on ground level and one of our team will come down to help you up or assist with heavy shopping, prams etc.
